Dustin Dale provided a meaningful and connective presentation for our group. His inspirational focus demonstrated the effectiveness of his implementation of servant leadership. Not only was everyone excited to receive a copy of his Learn to Lead by serving book, but they were also ready to move forward with their unstoppable "superhero cape," each challenged to define their own personal mission and purpose.

St. Luke's Episcopal School had the pleasure just recently of having Dustin Dale as our guest speaker for the opening of school. His inspirational message of positivity was absolutely the best way to start our school year. Teaching can be demanding and difficult at times, but Dustin reminded us to start each day with 3 positive thoughts. By doing so, he said that there will be no bad days, only bad moments and never let one moment define your day! What a great message from a great speaker! Definitely one of the best that we have heard.

Dustin Dale did an excellent job in inspiring our members to see the good in all aspects and to use LOVE in leadership.  We received several comments from attendees following the event on how much they appreciated hearing Dustin's message.  I would highly recommend any group looking for inspiration to have Dustin speak to your group.  I didn't know Dustin before booking him for this event, but he was attentive and responsive to what we were looking for and he is just simply a kind and thoughtful human being.  I look forward to another opportunity to engage with him in the future!

Do your leaders have a “DISRUPT” mentality?

If you do the same thing, you will achieve the same result… But what happens when you decide enough is enough with the same old? The DISRUPT mentality is the greatest mentality an organization can adopt. When an organization is willing to disrupt what is common and accepted in this day and age… high turnover, low employee engagement, customer service declining, and on and on… They will excel to new heights and achieve never imagined success because they are focused on being their best version.

Dustin Dale will teach your leaders to disrupt and lead their teams with a servant-leader mentality! His message will leave your organization fired up, inspired, and ready to take action!
